Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to bookings on qemboria.com. Terms may vary by resort, supplier, and booking type; specific offer terms prevail.

2. Your right to cancel

You may cancel before the service begins. Fees depend on time before departure:

• More than 30 days: 10%
• 30–15 days: 30%
• 14–7 days: 50%
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100%

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Non-refundable items include visas, insurance, and third-party fees stated at booking. If we cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or comparable alternative.

5. Dispute resolution

You have the right to court protection and out-of-court dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2021 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

Tour operator details and financial guarantees are available on request under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism'.
