Pre-contractual information and insolvency protection for package travel services, in line with EU Directive 2015/2302 and applicable Ukrainian law.
1. Pre-contractual information
Before you book a package, we provide clear details about the organiser, the total price, itinerary, inclusions, and any optional extras. You will receive this information in a durable medium before concluding the contract.
We disclose the registered name, address, and details of the tour operator whose services we sell, including financial guarantee information where applicable, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism'.
2. Insolvency protection
We maintain insolvency protection to refund payments and, where relevant, repatriate travellers if we become insolvent. This complies with EU Directive 2015/2302 and Ukrainian consumer protection rules.
3. Your rights
You have the right to court protection and out-of-court dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2021 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.
